Responsibilities*

  • Maintain hunting skills by self-generating at least 50% of closed sales for all service lines through customer referrals, business leads, and residential door-to-door efforts
  • Perform roof inspections to assess the condition and identify any issues or damage
  • Prepare accurate estimates for roofing projects based on the inspection findings and company pricing guidelines
  • Coordinate with the Production team to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of roofing jobs
  • Collect payments from customers in a professional and timely manner, following established procedures
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales and production process, addressing customer concerns and maintaining positive relationships
  • Manage the assigned area for generating sales, including identifying potential leads and opportunities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing CTI Roofing and setting high standards for customer relations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior
  • Uphold the company's brand and reputation through proper execution of responsibilities
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to roofing sales techniques and industry best practices
